Now Hiring:
Master’s-Level Clinicians
(Pre-Licensed or Provisionally Licensed)
Seeking provisionally licensed clinicians in MA (LMHC-A, LCSW, etc.)
You’ll receive clinical supervision, administrative support, and join a community committed to liberation-focused care.
Licensed Therapists & Clinical Supervisors
We welcome independently licensed clinicians (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD) who are passionate about mentorship and clinical leadership.
Clinical Director roles available for licensed therapists interested in offering supervision to pre-licensed clinicians and interns.
Graduate-Level Interns
(Mental Health Counseling or Social Work)
Ideal for students in their second year of a Master’s program looking for a meaningful, trauma-informed, culturally grounded internship experience.
You’ll gain hands-on experience, participate in team trainings, and offer therapy under supervision.
